1. General Provisions
These terms of service govern the use of the Simka service for purchasing and activating eSIM cards. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
Simka provides a platform for purchasing and activating eSIM cards for international roaming. We partner with leading telecom operators worldwide.
3. Registration and Account
- An account is required to use the service
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
- One user can have only one account
4. Purchase and Payment
- Prices are shown in rubles and include all taxes
- Payment is processed through secure payment systems
- eSIM is activated automatically after successful payment
- Refunds are possible within 24 hours after purchase
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
When paying by cards, cash refunds are not allowed. The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems.
The product return procedure is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law "On Consumer Rights Protection".
- The consumer has the right to refuse the product at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the product - within seven days;
- Return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved;
- The consumer does not have the right to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the person purchasing it;
- When the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for delivery from the consumer of the returned goods, no later than ten days from the date the consumer submits the relevant request;
To refund money to a bank card, you must fill out a "Refund Application", which is sent by the company upon request to the email address and send it together with a copy of your passport to admin@simka.ai
The refund will be made to the bank card within 21 (twenty-one) working days from the date the Company receives the "Refund Application".
To refund money for transactions made with errors, you must contact us with a written application and attach a copy of your passport and receipts/receipts confirming the erroneous debiting. This application must be sent to admin@simka.ai
The refund amount will equal the purchase amount. The period for consideration of the Application and refund begins from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in working days, excluding holidays/weekends.
6. eSIM Usage
- eSIM activates within 5-10 minutes after payment
- Validity period depends on the selected tariff
- Network coverage depends on partners in the region
- Internet speed may be limited by the operator
7. Limitation of Liability
Simka is not responsible for:
- Quality of connection in a specific area
- Data loss when using eSIM
- Device compatibility issues
- Actions of third parties or telecom operators
8. Privacy
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms. Users will be notified of changes by email or through app notifications.
